You cannot win in one area and call it success.

FitFourLife coaches the physical, mental, spiritual, and financial as one system. You bring the area that hurts most, and your coach handles the rest with you.

Talk to a Coach

A coach replies within one business day

Five principles we coach by.

  1. 01

The four areas are connected, so they get coached together.

A training plan that ignores a fourteen hour work day is not a training plan, it is a wish. When money stress is running the house, sleep goes, and when sleep goes, the gym goes. We coach the four pillars in one conversation because that is how they behave in a real week.

  2. 02

    Consistency beats intensity, every time.

Three sessions a week for two years will beat six sessions a week for five weeks, and it is not close. The same is true of saving, of prayer or reflection, and of the hour you protect for your family. We build the version you will still be doing in March.

  3. 03

A plan you cannot run for ten years is not a plan.

If a program requires a clean schedule, a good mood, and no travel, it will break the first week something goes wrong. We design around your actual constraints and then we stress test it against a bad week before we call it done.

  4. 04

Families rise together or they do not rise.

Nobody gets healthy in a household that eats at eleven at night, and nobody fixes their money while the other adult is not in the conversation. We bring the household in, at whatever level the client is comfortable with, because the environment decides most of the outcome.

  5. 05

We tell you the truth, even when it costs us the sale.

If the honest answer is that you need a physician, a therapist, or a licensed financial advisor before you need us, that is the answer you get. If coaching is not the right spend for you this year, we will say so on the first call.

One coach, four pillars, in sequence.

You are matched with a coach who stays with you across every pillar. Nothing gets handed off to a second department.

  1. 01

    A coach reaches out

Once you submit the form, a FitFourLife coach will reach out within 24 hours. No pitch deck, just a real conversation about where you are.

  2. 02

    We align on the call

We work out what you are trying to accomplish across the four pillars, and what has already been tried.

  3. 03

    We build the game plan

If we are a fit, your coach develops a plan for all four pillars, tailored to you and stress tested against a bad week before it is done.

  4. 04

You execute, we hold you to it

The plan only works if you run it. Your coach checks in, adjusts, and keeps you accountable as the results compound across every pillar.

Tyler Sheridan in competition condition, front double biceps pose on outdoor stadium steps

The standard came from one person first.

Tyler Sheridan built FitFourLife after years of watching disciplined people succeed in one lane and quietly lose ground in the other three. He competed, he built businesses, and he learned what a single metric costs when it is the only thing being measured.

Start with the pillar that takes priority.

One conversation tells you whether we are a good fit. No pitch, no contract, no obligation.
