Spiritual coaching for the foundation underneath everything else.

This is the work of getting clear on what you believe and living consistently with it. We do not hand you a tradition, and we do not water the question down to nothing.

Explore the other pillars

You have started. Where next?

The four pillars feed each other. Explore the rest, or talk to a coach about the whole picture.

Talk to a Coach

A coach replies within one business day

Three reasons people start here.

You hit the goals and felt nothing

The promotion landed, the body changed, the number in the account went up, and the quiet afterward was louder than expected. You are not ungrateful. You are asking a better question.

You are rebuilding after a hard season

A loss, a diagnosis, a divorce, or a business that failed has moved the ground under you. You are trying to work out what still holds and what you are building on now.

You want your family to stand for something

You can describe what your family does on a normal week. You cannot yet describe what it stands for, and you want your children to grow up able to answer that.

What spiritual coaching covers.

Six areas of work, all of them starting from your convictions rather than ours.

Clarifying values

We get your values out of the abstract and into specific language, then test them against how you actually spend your time and money.

Defining purpose

A clear statement of what you are building and who it is for, concrete enough to guide a decision you have to make this month.

Aligning daily decisions

Most of the gap between belief and life is in ordinary choices. We work the calendar, the commitments, and the things you keep saying yes to.

Gratitude and perspective

Simple, repeatable practices that keep you honest about what is already good, especially in seasons when progress is slow.

Service and contribution

Deciding where your time, skill, and money go beyond your own household, and building it into the year rather than leaving it to good intentions.

Family culture

Naming what your household stands for and the weekly rhythms that make it real for the people living in it.

How spiritual coaching runs.

  1. 01

    Where you stand

An honest conversation about what you believe, what you were raised with, what you have kept, and what no longer fits.

  2. 02

    Name the values

We write down three to five values in your own words, specific enough that someone could tell whether you lived them this week.

  3. 03

    Test them against the calendar

We compare your stated values to your actual time, money, and attention, then decide what changes first.

  4. 04

    Build the rhythms

Weekly practices, family habits, and reflection points that keep the alignment from drifting once the initial clarity fades.

What actually changes.

  • You can state what you believe and what you are building in a few sentences, without rehearsing.
  • Hard decisions get faster because you already know what you will not trade.
  • Your calendar and your spending line up with the things you say matter most.
  • Your family can name what your household stands for, in their own words.

Spiritual coaching questions.

Start with the pillar that takes priority.
