Background
The short version
Tyler spent his adult life in two worlds that rarely talk to each other. In one, he was on stage, holding a level of discipline most people never attempt. In the other, he was building and running businesses, learning what pressure does to a person over years rather than weeks.
FitFourLife is what came out of putting those two worlds in the same room and admitting that neither one, on its own, produces a good life.

Stage
Competing and coaching
Tyler competed in bodybuilding and has placed and won at the pro level. What competing taught him is not what most people expect. Prep is not a test of willpower, it is a test of systems. Sleep, meals, training, and recovery are scheduled months out and then executed on days when you feel terrible. That is the part he brings to clients.
It also showed him the ceiling. Chasing one metric hard enough will hand you the metric and quietly bill you for everything else, in relationships, in focus, and in the ability to enjoy the result. He has seen that bill come due for people who were, by every visible measure, winning.

Business
Building businesses
Alongside coaching, Tyler has built and operated businesses, carrying payroll, margin, and the weeks where the numbers do not work.
That experience is why FitFourLife has a financial pillar at all. Most coaching companies stop at the body and leave the biggest recurring stressor in a client household untouched. Tyler had already lived the version where money pressure wrecks sleep, sleep wrecks training, and training was never the real problem.

Why
Why FitFourLife exists
The pattern kept repeating. Clients would get into the best shape of their lives and mention, almost in passing, that things at home were strained. Others were excellent at home and running their body into the ground to keep a business alive. A few had everything on paper and no answer for why none of it felt like much.
Tyler built a company that refuses to coach one area in isolation. His focus is on whole households, because standards set by one adult and ignored by the rest of the house do not survive the year. When all four pillars move together, the gains stop being seasonal.

With clients
What he works on with clients now
Training and nutrition for adults with demanding schedules, built around the week they actually have.
Business owners who need their health plan and their revenue plan to stop competing for the same hours.
Household standards, so two adults are running the same rules rather than negotiating them nightly.
Cash flow habits and earning capacity, handled as a coaching problem rather than a spreadsheet problem.
Coach development inside FitFourLife, so the standard is the same no matter who a client is matched with.

“I have never met anyone who was proud of being in great shape and terrible to live with. If the plan only fixes one of those, it is not finished.”

Start with the pillar that takes priority.
